Refund policy

At Evolv Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Items that arrive damaged or show signs of use may result in the refund being declined.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
